Ukrop's

is it weird to love/miss a grocery store? I grew up with ukrop's. their grill and cafe food is just as familiar to me as my own mother's. their sushi is delicious and cheap. the service there is impeccable. my life is miserable without rainbow and butterstar cookies from their bakery. I have never been in a ukrops and been disappointed. if there is one reason to live in richmond it is this place. basically I love it.

RICHMOND

so richmond is my hometown. born and raised. I love it. there is really no other place in this world I even sort of like. I have never been away from it for more than three days without being in excruciating heart pain yearning for it with every fiber of my being.

except, being the plebeian that I am, I did not anticipate that not going to college in richmond would probably be in issue.

so whenever I can remember to I am going to make little posts about the things about richmond that I like. and I am going to get my sister and claire to post pictures of the cool stuff I am missing out on. and then I can visit this blog and remember it and remember how happy it makes me. that probably wont make me feel better, it will actually probably make me feel worse.

it wont be for long anyways, I am probably going to transfer.
